Rates

My fees for the 45-minute psychotherapy hour is based on the usual and customary rates for licensed Marriage Family Therapists in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Insurance

• Self-pay
• Out-of-network benefit – I am an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans.   Many insurance companies give reimbursements for therapy , you can check with your provider to find out what out-of-network benefits are available to you.  You will pay me upfront for services.  I am happy to provide you with a monthly “Superbill” that has all of the information your insurance company will need.  Also, if you have an FSA account or put away pre-tax dollars you can use this money for therapy as it is considered a medical expense.

Payment

I accept checks and Zelle as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 72-hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
